4. Submission Policy
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
- Submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
- All authors must approve the submission.
- The corresponding author is responsible for communication.
- Language: clear professional English; British or American usage must be consistent.
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Line spacing: Double.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
6. Structure
Title page: title, full author names, affiliations and corresponding-author contact details.
Abstract: maximum 250 words covering objectives, methods, results and conclusion. Include 4–6 keywords.
Main text: Introduction; Literature Review where applicable; Materials and Methods; Results; Discussion; Conclusion.
Tables and Figures
- Clearly labelled and numbered with descriptive captions.
- High-resolution images required.
- All tables and figures must be cited in the text.
8. Referencing
Use APA, Harvard or Vancouver style as specified by TGRJ. Include DOI details where available and maintain accuracy and consistency.
9. Ethical Standards
- All authors must have made substantial contributions.
- AI tool use must be disclosed; AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for submitted content.
- All financial and non-financial conflicts of interest must be declared.
Important: The separate ethics policy uses detailed plagiarism screening thresholds. Authors should review that policy before submission.
10. Peer Review
TGRJ uses double-blind peer review with initial editorial screening, review by at least two independent experts and a final decision by the Editor-in-Chief.
11–13. Revision, Copyright & Publication Ethics
Authors must address reviewer comments, submit revisions within the specified timeframe and highlight changes. Upon acceptance, required copyright and undertaking documents must be submitted. TGRJ follows international best practices including COPE principles.
