Scope, formatting, language clarity and submission files are checked.
At least two independent subject experts assess the manuscript.
Accept, minor revision, major revision or reject; final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
Authors address comments systematically and submit a detailed response.
Accepted manuscripts undergo final editing, formatting and proofreading.
Manuscripts and associated materials are confidential. Reviewers and editors must not use unpublished information for personal advantage. Authors may appeal editorial decisions with a justified request. TGRJ follows COPE-aligned ethical standards.
