Membership Plans

Transglobal Research Journal (TRJ) offers flexible membership options for researchers, academicians, and institutions. Membership provides access to journal updates, research resources, and publishing support.

Registration & Maintenance Fees

• One-Time Registration Fee: ₹100 INR.
• Annual Maintenance Fee: ₹150 INR (applicable to all members, including lifetime members)

Article Processing Charge (APC)

DOI charges are optional and apply only on author request. The supplied policy states GST at 18% for Indian authors and an exemption for international authors; authors should confirm the applicable tax treatment with the journal at the time of payment.

APC Structure

• ₹1200 INR / $30 USD per article only (Article Publishing Only, Add-on Plagiarism Report+ DOI)
• DOI Charges: Applicable only upon author request (optional)
• GST: 18% applicable for Indian authors (as per Government of India regulations)

International Payment Policy

• International authors are exempt from GST (18%), as the service qualifies as an export of services under Indian tax regulations.
• Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway charges must be borne by the author.
• Basic copyediting and formatting.
• Authors must ensure that the full APC amount is received by TGRJ, net of any transaction deductions.

APC Includes

The Article Processing Charge covers:

• Editorial screening and double-blind peer review process.
• Manuscript handling and author communication.
• Basic copyediting and formatting.
• Online publication on the journal website.
• Indexing and metadata support.

Add Ons (If Applicable)

• DOI Registration Fee: Payable only if opted by the author.
• GST (18%) for Indian authors.

  • Data hosting or supplementary file storage

Important Notes

• Standard manuscript length: 8 pages (including figures, tables, references)
• ₹15 INR per additional page beyond the limit.
• APC is charged only after manuscript acceptance
• There are no submission or review charges
• Payment does not guarantee acceptance
• All manuscripts must meet editorial, ethical, and peer review standards

Physical Certificate & Courier Charges

• Certificate Fee: ₹250 INR / $10 USD (optional). Charges vary by country.

Delivery Policy

• All certificates are sent via courier only. DHL/BlueDart/Professional
• Courier/Postage Charges: To be borne by the recipient
• Charges must be paid before dispatch
• Manuscript Length & Additional Page Charges

Fee Waiver Policy

Transglobal Research Journal (TRJ) is committed to supporting equitable
Access to academic publishing.

Eligibility for Fee Waiver:

Fee waivers (full or partial) may be granted under the following conditions:

• Authors from low-income or developing countries
• Students, early-career researchers, or independent scholars with financial constraints
• Authors demonstrating genuine financial hardship
• Exceptional manuscripts of high academic merit

Conditions:

• Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission
• Requests made after acceptance or publication will not be considered
• Supporting justification or documentation may be required
• The decision of the editorial board is final and non-negotiable

Scope:

• Fee waivers may apply to APC only
• Registration, maintenance, and certificate/courier charges may not be Covered unless explicitly approved

Payment Guidelines

• Payments must be made after manuscript acceptance only
• Instructions will be shared via official email
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI / Online Payment
  • International Wire / PayPal

Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable
• No refunds for rejected or withdrawn manuscripts.
